The system is monitored, giving you peace of mind in knowing Complete Security Systems Ltd are available 24/7 365 days to react to your system should an intruder try to enter the property. The system uses the mobile phone network to a secure server to our preferred monitoring station and we will notify you, or your nominated key holder, of any activations.

Police Response Service for Residential Property Alarms
If you decide on a Police response to a confirmed alarm activation Complete Security Systems will administer the unique reference number issued by the relevant Police Service on your behalf.
The nominal URN fee is a mandatory fee required to be paid to the relevant Police service.
The Police service do not respond to “bells“ only alarm activations unless there has been a reported suspicious activity.
Installing a monitored smart home system could reduce your insurance if compliant.
We can also complete a service of an existing system if you need it maintained or taken over if out of contract.
